Error message says insufficient virtual memory, what do I need to do ? Simple answers please,I am 72 yrs. old.
I was trying to edit 2 postcard size photo’s from my scanner when the screen froze & came up with that message, it then said windows was trying to increase the V-memory, but as I was short of time I couldn’t wait for the outcome. I’m not very technical so basic help would be appreciated.
Right click My Computer and go Properties then to the advanced tab then to performance settings and click on advanced again. You will next click on Change then Custom Size and enter 2048 in the top box & 4096 in the bottom box. Click Set, OK, Apply and OK. You will need to restart your computer and you will never have this error again.
